Are we talking about buying the license or hacking Surveillance Station. If the latter, please be advised that piracy is not tolerated here. If the former you might not be able as I believe that Surveillance Station uses at least an officially valid paired S/N and MAC address to make sure you are on a real Synology. From version 7.1-4056 an online activation is required for adding Surveillance Station camera licenses. Any shared, hacked, cracked or generator license key will be spotted as invallid by the Synology activation server. To prevent software license problems, you should only buy your license key from registered Synology partners like INNOCAM.
